Where we work 

All of our advisers work from a home base and on school premises.  We are currently working with schools in London, Hertfordshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Bristol, Bath, Cardiff and South Wales, Devon & Cornwall and remotely in other areas in the UK.

About You 

As a Level 6 or 7 qualified careers professional, you'll bring experience and expertise in guiding young people through the important decision about their next steps. Your commitment to delivering high-quality, client-focused advice, excellent communication and strong planning abilities are crucial.  

Your role as a Career Adviser with us includes providing one-on-one guidance sessions, presentations, workshops and staying updated on industry trends and job market dynamics. 

What We Offer 

We provide a competitive salary ranging from £26,000 - £28,000 per annum for a term-time only, full-time contract (pro rata for part-time), along with a company pension scheme, staff benefits, mileage and other work-related expenses.
